Head, TFG EducationBrad oversees all global strategy and operations for TFG, leading data-driven, peer-to-peer communication, and outcome assessment through annual education grants. He has almost 3 decades of experience in the ophthalmic industry, having held leadership positions as a widely published clinical researcher, Editor-In-Chief of EyeWorld, and Head of Medical Education for ophthalmic device companies. Brad founded TFG in 2013 to create compelling, compliant, data-driven medical education. -

Sr. Director, International Medical Education StrategyStefanie is a skilled science communicator and medical educator. Stefanie has a PhD in Cell Biology, did her postdoctoral training in Ophthalmology at UCLA, and co-founded Biotech Connection Los Angeles, bridging academia and healthcare. At TFG, Stefanie leads global medical education strategy, innovation programs, and stakeholder management. Her passion for science, attention to detail, and cross-cultural experience drive impactful initiatives in medical education. -

With a joint PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA and Champalimaud Foundation, she excels in experimental design, data analysis, and rational decision making. With expertise in content development, grant planning, and data-driven surveys, she drives impactful education strategies. Raquel collaborates with expert doctors to create tailored programs, ensuring the delivery of effective medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals worldwide. -

With a fervent dedication to advancing clinical discourse, she specializes in crafting strategic content tailored to the dynamic landscape of ophthalmology. Laura orchestrates collaborative efforts across the ophthalmology industry, steering the field’s stakeholders toward innovative content solutions. Her visionary approach generates impactful narratives for various media outlets and includes the strategic development and coordination of progressive clinical content such as masterclasses, manuscripts, articles, competitive intelligence reporting, discussion guides, and executive summaries. Laura is also the founder and principal of Laura Straub Healthcare Communications. Previously, Laura was the Editor-in-Chief of Cataract & Refractive Surgery Today and Cataract & Refractive Surgery Today Global. In that role, she curated the publication’s editorial calendar, consistently executing innovative and impactful clinical content strategies. Her ability to forge enduring partnerships with key opinion leaders, both eye care professionals and industry members, has not only helped shape the editorial landscape within ophthalmology but also cemented her status as a trailblazer in health care communications. Laura’s accolades include leading CRST to a 2018 Eddie/Ozzie Award for a groundbreaking series of articles, a testament to her pursuit of editorial ingenuity and excellence. In her free time, Laura enjoys the outdoors with her husband Tim and their three children, Cadence, Scarlett, and Melanie. She has a passion for endurance sports and has completed 13 Ironmans, three ultramarathons, and countless marathons. She qualified and competed at the Ironman World Championships and the Boston marathon multiple times. -
