PresidentBrad oversees all global strategy and operations for TFG, leading data-driven, peer-to-peer communication, and outcome assessment through annual education grants. He has almost 3 decades of experience in the ophthalmic industry, having held leadership positions as a widely published clinical researcher, Editor-In-Chief of EyeWorld, and Head of Medical Education for ophthalmic device companies. Brad founded TFG in 2013 to create compelling, compliant, data-driven medical education. -

Education Process & ComplianceLaura has over 25 years’ experience in Continuing Professional Development for health care providers. She successfully achieved Reaccreditation with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) three times, including Accreditation with Commendation. Additionally, Laura has experience with credit requirements for optometrists, pharmacists, nurses, and ophthalmic technicians. She is skilled in all aspects of continuing education, from gap identification through outcomes analysis, providing TFG with a foundation to ensure all activities are high quality and compliant. -

Strategic Consultant/Content DeveloperJan is the former Director of Education for the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and co-founder of Ophthalmic World Leaders. She has more than 30 years of experience in writing and content development and more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmology and optometry. She has helped to guide the strategic direction of TFG since the company’s inception. -
