Brad founded TFG in 2013 to create compelling, compliant, data-driven medical education.

Kate is a vision neuroscientist and science communicator. With a UCLA Ph.D. in Neuroscience, she pioneered Knowing Neurons, recognized with the 2016 and 2022 Next Generation Award from the Society for Neuroscience. As VP of Global Education Strategy and Operations at TFG, Kate shapes impactful medical education programs, empowering physicians for optimal patient care.

Stefanie is a skilled science communicator and medical educator. Stefanie has a PhD in Cell Biology, did her postdoctoral training in Ophthalmology at UCLA, and co-founded Biotech Connection Los Angeles, bridging academia and healthcare. At TFG, Stefanie leads global medical education strategy, innovation programs, and stakeholder management. Her passion for science, attention to detail, and cross-cultural experience drive impactful initiatives in medical education.

Summer Hennessy is a dynamic leader and business strategist. As Head of Business Development Strategy at TFG, she shapes initiatives and fosters partnerships. With expertise in medical education, market analysis, and relationship management, Summer plays a vital role in advancing global medical education programs. Her dedication and business acumen contribute to TFG's success in driving innovation and collaborations in healthcare.

Raquel is a skilled medical education strategist at TFG. With a joint PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA and Champalimaud Foundation, she excels in experimental design, data analysis, and rational decision making. With expertise in content development, grant planning, and data-driven surveys, she drives impactful education strategies. Raquel collaborates with expert doctors to create tailored programs, ensuring the delivery of effective medical education initiatives for healthcare professionals worldwide.

As the Strategic Insights and Analytics Manager at TFG, Jon oversees analysis that is pivotal to our data-driven medical education approach. With expertise in neuroscience (UCLA) and data science (UCSD), he manages clinical surveys from implementation to analysis, and utilizes data insights to shape educational programs and assess their effectiveness. Additionally, he helps disseminate key survey findings to drive impactful education initiatives.

Laura has over 25 years’ experience in Continuing Professional Development for health care providers. She successfully achieved Reaccreditation with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) three times, including Accreditation with Commendation. Additionally, Laura has experience with credit requirements for optometrists, pharmacists, nurses, and ophthalmic technicians. She is skilled in all aspects of continuing education, from gap identification through outcomes analysis, providing TFG with a foundation to ensure all activities are high quality and compliant.

Jan is the former Director of Education for the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and co-founder of Ophthalmic World Leaders. She has more than 30 years of experience in writing and content development and more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmology and optometry. She has helped to guide the strategic direction of TFG since the company’s inception.

As Digital Content Manager, JJ is responsible for creating and executing TFG's content flywheel strategy to increase overall user growth and engagement. While JJ is a photographer and cinematographer, he has a deeper understanding in content and email strategy workflows and processes to ensure that each individual piece's call-to-action is met across multiple platforms.
