Doctor Surveys
Every year, TFG conducts multiple global surveys, collecting responses from thousands of doctors on their clinical opinions and practice patterns in several different areas of ophthalmology. The survey results help us identify significant educational needs and help drive our education activities throughout the year. To date TFG has assessed over 5 million global education data points.
Consensus Statements
World Class Leaders assemble to discuss and vote on best practices and guidelines on the definition, etiology, prevalence, diagnosis, treatment, and impact of a specific clinical topic. These discussions and voting results are summarized and published in a consensus statement and given to faculty for use in future podium presentations.

MasterClasses
High production value videos deliver quick, highly focused lessons on specific clinical topics. MasterClasses are edited with engaging audio and visual transitions and key text subheads highlighting the various topics addressed during the video, especially the takeaway points. Case-based MasterClasses act as practical playbooks that other doctors can follow in their practices.
Symposia
Our symposia are live, interactive education events starting with the presentation and discussion of relevant clinical trends survey findings, identifying educational needs and current practice gaps. This sets the stage for several evidence-based didactic lectures, interactive panel discussions and relevant case presentations, with the goal of producing demonstrable short- and long-term impacts on learners’ clinical opinions and practice patterns.

Print and Digital Supplements
Supplements provide comprehensive and condensed information that is suitable for learners to refer back on a concrete piece of education. Offering the supplement in print and electronic format provides broadest possible reach, meeting the learning preferences of a wide audience.
Video Interviews
Video interviews are engaging discussions of key experts on the most relevant and interesting questions in their therapeutic area. These micro-learning opportunities reinforce learning from other live or print education activities.
